What? I simply don't understand what they want from me. With that private contractor hoping to sell us a 'new workflow' which will probably mean we will phase out of the Federal Research Network soon. So I will freely speak my mind.
Doctor Eliya and I were tasked with leading a team to figure out the exact energy recordings from the Mediterranean Basin, there's a recent uptick in activity -- but since it relates to nuclear energy... I suppose its one of Europe's new reactors.
Now, while we haven't found the exact localized source of the energy, we are slowly narrowing down the region and are left with three zones:
SITE 01

Three locations remain. We have been unable to determine which one is responsible for the recordings.
Eliya insists the signal is not behaving randomly.
I disagree.
For now, the sites have been assigned in order of probability. If the readings continue to increase, we will begin physical observation.
There is something strange about the numbers, though. Eliya noticed it first.
He told me to stop looking at the coordinates as locations.
I don't understand what he means.
SITE 01 has been crossed out twice in his notes.
SITE 02 has been circled.
SITE 03 has been left untouched.
And he has written "ODD.. ODD.. ODD.." Around the page
