Over the last seventeen years, multiple energy systems utilizing radiological output have reported directional interference during live operation. This was coined the Vector Lock Phenomenon.
This anomaly matches archived signatures first documented during the Lunar Bridge program of 1998 to 2001.

Additional Notes: We have discovered that the lock is tied to a certain point and all nuclear energy - especially from the newer reactors from Lunar Bridge - is drawn to it.
