We are officially grenlit for Phase two. It has transitioned from output validation to behavioral analysis as per my request.

The primary objective is to determine whether RCNR emissions are safe under controlled conditions, as well as the investigation of VLP
Initial expectations assumed passive radiation dispersion, This assumption is now considered incorrect.
Two exposure trials were conducted.
Subject A was exposed for 11 minutes. He reported auditory distortion while repeating the phrase: "It's pointing somewhere... I can feel it." His trial was terminated after he started seizing.
Subject B was exposed for 19 minutes. She immediately lost all motor functions before suffering a cardiac arrest. A brain scan revealed structured formations along neural pathways. She is doing okay as of now.
My observations are clear: RNCR emissions do not degrade neural tissue, but rather reorganizes it. Subjects described realignment, not pain.
Too much time will be wasted trying to make it safe for human interaction. A vaccum will be implimented in between the walls of the micro-reactors and those of the propulsion based object.
Vector Lock Phenomenon still persists under all conditions. Even during biological testing, the RCNR maintains a fixed directional bias.
I have an idea on how to attempt at correcting it, as the fission must be precise for regular

We have partially proven the theoreticals. The implimentation of a vaccum was proven a success. There was Zero measurable radiation leakage, thermal bleed or increased pressure. With the crew reporting no neurological inteference.
For the first time since phase one, the reactors were stable in a human-operable environment.
With containment achieved, focus shifted to neutralizing the VLP.
I attempted to use magnetic counters to stabilize directional bias while micro-adjusting in real time to maintain it... But the system became very unstable. By 64% output an emergency shutdown was initiated. In summary, VLP cannot be stabilized. Attempting to balance the vector instead amplifies instability, the reactor resists. As engineer Rivers said, "It does not want to be balanced."
After that failure, the working theory has been updated:
VLP is not a flaw in the system. It is an inherent property of the reaction. We have to proceed with VLP Intact.
With correction deemed impossible, focus shifted to observation.
For the first time, the reactor's vector was tracked continuously over a 6-hour window. The direction remained constant with no drift or fluctation. Once cross-referenced with global positioning data, findings revealed that the vector does not point to magnetic north or any satellite, structure or celestial body.. But rather a fixed point in the Mediterranean region. With distance calculations suggesting that the signal originates from below sea level.
Phase three's funding has been secured. I will spend until the start of phase three figuring out why VLP points to the Mediterranean sea.
